Service Fee Refunds

PickMyFares charges professional service fees for the administrative labour, sourcing expertise, flight research, and booking coordination provided by our consultancy team. These fees are charged for professional time and expertise rendered.

Once an itinerary has been researched, optimised, and booking assistance has been provided, our professional service is considered fully rendered. Service fees are therefore non-refundable once the consultancy service has been completed and confirmation details have been delivered to the client.

Clients will always be informed of applicable service fees and must provide explicit authorisation before any services are rendered. No service fees will be charged without prior client consent.

Airline Ticket Refunds

Airline ticket costs are processed directly with the relevant airline carrier using the client's authorised payment method. PickMyFares does not hold or process airline ticket payments on behalf of clients.

All refunds, exchanges, and modifications relating to airline tickets are governed entirely by the fare rules and policies of the respective airline carrier. PickMyFares has no control over airline refund policies and cannot guarantee refunds on airline tickets.

Clients seeking refunds on airline tickets should contact the airline carrier directly or request that PickMyFares assist in facilitating communication with the carrier as part of our ongoing support service.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a booking or consultancy engagement, please contact our team as soon as possible. We will advise on the applicable airline fare rules and any potential refund entitlements from the carrier.

Our consultancy team will assist you in navigating the cancellation process with the airline carrier, though any cancellation fees or penalties imposed by the carrier are outside our control and will be the responsibility of the client.
