These Terms of Service govern your use of PickMyFares Limited's consultancy services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
All service fees, management fees, and consultancy charges billed directly by PickMyFares are charged specifically for the labour, professional research, time, and administrative execution of sourcing and securing your travel itineraries. Once an itinerary is booked, finalised, and confirmation details are delivered to the client, our professional service is considered fully rendered.
Service fees are non-refundable once the consultancy service has been fully rendered, as they represent the professional time and expertise invested in sourcing and securing your itinerary. Clients will be informed of all applicable service fees prior to any booking proceeding and must provide explicit authorisation before services are rendered.
All ticket modifications, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds relating to airline tickets are subject entirely to the terms, conditions, and fare rules of the respective airline carrier. PickMyFares does not control airline refund policies and is not liable for carrier-imposed cancellation fees, schedule changes, operational disruptions, or airline service interruptions.
Airline ticket costs are processed directly with the relevant airline carrier using the client's authorised payment method. PickMyFares does not hold, warehouse, or retain client funds for airline ticket purchases. All airline ticket refunds, where applicable under the carrier's fare rules, are processed directly by the airline carrier.
Clients are encouraged to contact the PickMyFares support team directly regarding any questions, service concerns, or booking-related matters so that issues can be reviewed and addressed promptly.
We are committed to resolving any concerns in a fair, transparent, and professional manner. Our team will acknowledge all enquiries within one business day and work diligently to provide a satisfactory resolution.
PickMyFares acts solely as a flight booking consultancy and travel management service. We are not an airline, travel inventory owner, or ticket retailer. Our liability is limited to the professional service fees charged for our consultancy services.
We are not responsible for airline operational decisions, schedule changes, cancellations, delays, or any other matters within the control of airline carriers or third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
